Importing custom tax or any other comission fees might be charged are very different from each countries.

【Parcel Returning Policy】
In case your parcel has returned to us with personal reason of customers, returning process commission fee will be charged.
Personal reasons’ ex:
Importing tax has charges unexpectedly on receiver’s side, just do not need and wanted to cancel the order,
reject to receive parcel with any reasons and so on.
Returning process commission fee:
10% of items total amount
Refunding amount will be:
Paid total amount – <Commission fee (10%) + Postage + Box Charge (200 JPY)>
= refunding amount
Postage will note be refund from Japan Post, so we cannot refund it as well.
Also, we cannot reuse returned box, so box charge: 200 JPY will be charged for wasting box and packing materials.
